SMART APP BLOCKING
Choose apps, categories and websites, then create recurring schedules by weekday and time. FocusLock uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to enforce the restrictions you configure.

STRICT MODE AND DAILY QUOTAS
Prevent impulsive edits while a strict rule is active, with a deliberate emergency-unlock safeguard. Prefer flexibility? Set a daily allowance and optionally reduce it week by week.

FOCUS FROM ANYWHERE
Start a focus session from a Home Screen widget, Control Center, Siri, Shortcuts or Spotlight. Follow the countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with Live Activities. On iOS 26, AlarmKit provides a resilient system countdown and completion alert.

SEE REAL PROGRESS
Review focus minutes, completed sessions, block counts, streaks and achievements. The Screen Time report shows the activity data Apple makes available directly on your device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Family Controls selections stay on each device. Rule metadata and focus history can sync through your private iCloud account. FocusLock includes no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking.
