Fokyo

Fokyo blocks the apps that eat your time and locks them so you can't cheat. Block social media, video apps, games, websites — anything. Then watch your screen time drop, day by day.

Most people spend 4–12 hours a day on their phone. That's years of your life, gone to scrolling. Fokyo gives them back.

BLOCK ANYTHING IN SECONDS
Pick individual apps or whole categories — social, games, entertainment and more. Block websites in every browser. New apps you install later are covered automatically.

RULES THAT FIT YOUR LIFE
Set daily limits, schedules and focus sessions. Deep work in the morning, no social after 10pm, phone-free family time — Fokyo handles it, you don't have to think about it.

HARD MODE: NO CHEATING
Other blockers are easy to switch off. Hard Mode isn't. Once it's on, your phone can't undo it — no "just 5 more minutes", no deleting the app to get around it. The fox holds the line until you've earned your time back.

WATCH YOUR HOURS COME BACK
Daily streaks, time saved, weekly screen-time charts, levels and achievements. See exactly how much of your life you're reclaiming — and keep going.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE DONE
Fokyo is for anyone who's tired of losing the fight against their own phone: students, founders, parents, anyone who wants to focus, sleep better and be present again.

Fokyo uses Apple's Screen Time framework, so blocking works at system level. Your usage data stays on your device.

Free to start. Premium unlocks unlimited rules, custom schedules and full stats. Hard Mode available for premium members.

Give the fox your hours.
