Followbooth: Lead Scanner

Followbooth turns a stack of business cards into follow-ups. Built for trade shows, conferences and stand work, where the network is slow and every minute counts.

SCAN A CARD IN SECONDS
Point the camera at a business card or pick a photo. Followbooth reads the name, company, phone, email and website for you. Check the result, fix a field if needed and save the lead.

ADD WHAT YOU REMEMBER
Hold the button to record a voice note about the conversation, or type a short note. The note stays with the lead.

WORKS WITHOUT A NETWORK
Fairs have bad Wi-Fi. Followbooth keeps every lead, photo and voice note on the phone and sends them as soon as a connection is back. A bar at the top always says what is on the phone and what has already reached the server.

FOLLOW UP FAST
After you save a lead, your organization's materials (brochure, price list, links) can go out by WhatsApp, email or Telegram, in the language you choose for that contact.

QR CODES BOTH WAYS
Scan a visitor's QR code to fill in their details. Show a QR code of the event (Telegram bot, form, materials) or your own digital business card, and share your contact as a .vcf file.

YOUR OWN BUSINESS CARD
Name, role, company and links as a QR code on the phone, ready to show or send. It is saved on the phone and opens without a network.

SIX LANGUAGES
English, Russian, Czech, German, Spanish and French. The app follows the language of the phone, and you can change it in Settings.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
You sign in with the name and PIN that your organization's administrator gave you. Leads go to your organization's account, where the team sees them. The app is not a stand-alone service: ask your administrator for access.

PRIVACY
Business-card photos and voice notes are sent to your organization's Followbooth account over an encrypted connection. Card text is recognised on our server. You can ask for your data to be deleted. Privacy policy: https://app.followbooth.com/privacy
