La App For.B.a.r. è destinata ad essere utilizzata tanto dai clienti quanto dal personale di For.B.a.r. S.r.l.
Qui di seguito le funzioni previste per i clienti:
• possibilità di aprire una richiesta di assistenza tecnica (ticket) allegando foto, immagini e/o video, registrazione vocale;
• visibilità dei ticket chiusi e aperti;
• elenco attrezzature in carico a For.B.a.r. S.r.l. per l’assistenza tecnica.
