A QR code hides where it goes. Foreglance shows you the link first, checks it, and lets you decide.

Point the camera at a code — or pick a photo you already have — and Foreglance reads it, shows the full address, and runs a safety check before anything opens. Several codes in frame? Tap the one you meant. Code too small, or washed out by glare on a screen? Pinch to zoom and it re-reads just that area.

• Plain HTTP pages, where anything you type can be intercepted

• Lookalike domains borrowing a brand name they don't own
• Shortened links, unmasked so you see the real destination

PRIVACY
No account. No ads. No analytics, no tracking, no profile. Links are matched against a list stored on your own device, so ordinary scans never leave your phone. When a scan does need a second opinion, only a short, anonymous fingerprint of the address is sent — never your browsing history, and never anything tied to you.

HONEST ABOUT LIMITS
No checker catches everything, and new scam sites appear faster than any database updates. Foreglance exists to give you a look and a reason to pause. It is not a guarantee, and it does not pretend to be.
