Engineers can view their assigned jobs, appointments and route, read job and site notes, complete lift-specific maintenance checklists, record technical findings, attach photographs, raise remedial items and securely sign off completed work.
Job information is synchronised with the ForgeData CMMS. Active work can be retained in a protected on-device outbox when an engineer has limited signal and is sent when connectivity returns.
An authorised ForgeData staff account is required. This app is not intended for public use.
