Description by Elie De rougemont(from the App Store)
Forky scans your fridge and your plate, then tells you exactly what's on it. Real calories. Real macros, fiber included. In two seconds.
Tracking what you eat shouldn't take a notebook and a kitchen scale. Open Forky, point your camera, tap the shutter. Done.
WHAT FORKY DOES
• Fridge scan. Hold the camera at your open fridge and Forky lists every ingredient it sees. Tap "find recipes" to get high-protein meals you can cook with what's already in there. Dinner starts with what you already own.
• Meal scan. Snap any plate, bowl, or wrapper. Forky identifies the components and returns calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber in under three seconds. AI estimates are within ±10% and you can tap any item to fine-tune.
• Barcode, label and receipt scan. For packaged foods, scan the barcode or nutrition label and Forky pulls the exact values, no guessing. Photograph a grocery receipt and every item lands in your fridge.
• Home Screen widgets. Your last plate, calories left, and one-tap scan shortcuts, right on your Home Screen. Forky even drops you a coaching nudge that adapts to your day.
• 26 cheat-code recipes. Hand-picked, high-protein, easy. From 28g protein avocado toast to 70g protein salmon bowls. Every recipe has step-by-step cooking mode.
• Save recipes from anywhere. Spot a recipe on TikTok or Instagram? Tap Share, pick Forky, and the full recipe lands in your library with calories and macros. Voice dictation, manual entry and saved recipes cover the rest.
• A plan that adapts. Log your weight each week and Forky recalculates your daily calories and macros in seconds, inside safe limits. A gentle Monday reminder keeps you on track.
• Apple Health. Connect Apple Health and Forky reads your steps and calories burned to show what you really have left to eat today.
• Streaks and nudges. Light push reminders at meal times. Nothing spammy. Toggle every category in Settings.
