FormIQ: AI Track Form Coach

Most athletes train hard. Few train smart.

FormIQ is the first AI coach built for track and field athletes — sprinters, jumpers, and throwers alike. Grounded in real sports science, not generic fitness advice.

Upload 4-6 key frames from your last session. In under 60 seconds, Formiq breaks down your technique frame by frame and tells you exactly what to fix; the same way a $200/hour biomechanics coach would.

WHAT FORMIQ DOES

→ Frame-by-frame technique analysis
Upload your video or key frames from any event: 100m, long jump, javelin, shot put, whatever you compete in. Formiq identifies the exact moment your form breaks down.

→ Your Form Score
A single number (0-100) benchmarked against elite standards for your specific event. Watch it climb every session.

→ Keep and Fix, no fluff
Every analysis tells you what's already elite and what's costing you speed, distance, or height in plain English, backed by real biomechanics research.

→ Drills built for your exact fix
Not a generic program. A drill plan targeted at the specific flaw FormIQ found in your last session.

→ Ask your coach anything
Full AI chat before or after every analysis. Ask why, ask how, ask what's next.

→ Send it to your coach
One tap generates a shareable link; your real coach can see the full breakdown, no app required on their end.

BUILT DIFFERENT

Formiq isn't a generic AI wrapper. Every fix is grounded in IAAF biomechanics research and elite coaching methodology — the same standards D1 programs and Olympic coaches actually use.

Built by a competitive track athlete who needed this and couldn't find it.

Free to start. No credit card. Built for iPhone.

Your technique, analyzed; not guessed at.
