Forn Leið is a space for those seeking a life lived with greater health, strength, awareness and purpose. Rooted in the philosophy of the Old Path, it cultivates growth through community, courses and experiences centred on movement, breath, rituals and mentorship.

Inside you’ll find spaces such as Council of Antler, educational courses, guided practices and opportunities to deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships and the natural world. Each offering is designed to support a more capable life, lived with clarity, responsibility and connection.
