Forth gives you something practical to do when an urge hits.

RESET
Open a short visual activity and give your eyes and hands something else to do. Choose an activity that suits the moment, with no losing and no scores.

YOUR WORLD
Completed Resets grow a quiet world of discoveries. Keep your session history, collect artwork through Grow, and see the time you have put in. A setback does not remove completed progress.

AN OPTIONAL BLOCKER
Use Apple's Screen Time to add a pause before the apps and sites you choose. Optional Safari protection can open a Reset for supported blocked websites. You control what is covered and can turn protection off.

THE ROOM
Share a short post or reply under a generated handle. Posts are checked before publication and leave the feed after seven days. Report posts and block handles inside the app.

PRIVACY
Your plan, ratings, reflections, progress, and blocker choices stay on your device. Posts you share in The Room are processed by the community and moderation services. Limited product analytics can be turned off. In-app purchases are processed by Apple, with subscription access managed through RevenueCat. No app login is required.

SUBSCRIPTION
A paid annual subscription is required for full access. The displayed annual price is charged when you confirm, with no free trial or paid introductory period. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage Apple purchases in your Apple Account settings and restore them from the paywall. Manage prior web subscriptions from Forth's Privacy screen or the purchase email. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
