Instructions:
A. Entering a Fraction: The calculator has three input fields. The left field is for entering integers, operators (+, -, *, /), or parentheses. The right side contains two fields: the top for the numerator and the bottom for the denominator. For example, to input the mixed fraction 5 1/2, enter 5 in the left field, 1 in the top-right field, and 2 in the bottom-right field.
B. Computing Fraction Expressions: Simply enter your fraction expression and press the equals (“=”) button to get the result.
C. Simplifying Fractions: Enter the fraction and press the equals (“=”) button to simplify it.
D. Converting Mixed to Simple Fractions: Input the mixed fraction and press the equals (“=”) button to convert it to a simple fraction.
E. Converting Improper Fractions to Mixed Fractions: To display results as mixed fractions, adjust the settings by pressing the gear icon in the app’s top-right corner. Choose ""Mixed Fractions"" to see results in this format. For instance, entering 11/2 will show 5 1/2. You can switch back to simple fractions using the same settings menu.
F. Converting Decimal to Fraction: Input the decimal number and press the equals (“=”) button to convert it to a fraction.
G. Converting Fraction to Decimal: Enter the fraction and press the equals (“=”) button. The result will include the decimal approximation.
