Freedays is a shift calendar built for people who work shifts, and the people they plan their lives around.
Set up your shift pattern once and Freedays fills in your calendar for months ahead. Change a single day when things move, add notes and events, and see at a glance when you're working and when you're free.
SHARE YOUR SHIFTS • Invite your partner, family or colleagues and your shifts appear on their calendar, underneath theirs. • See several people's shifts at once, and choose whose are showing. • Changes reach them within seconds. They can view, never edit. • Share individual notes and events, or keep them private.
FIND YOUR DAYS OFF TOGETHER • The “Days off” tab highlights every day you're both off. • The holiday planner finds the dates that cost you the least annual leave, for you alone or both of you.
SET UP IN MINUTES • Build a repeating pattern of any length, from a simple week to a 10-week cycle, and beyond. • Scan a screenshot or printed copy of your shift pattern, or paste it as text. • Colour-code each shift, and add start and finish times. • Change the pattern from a set date, and your earlier shifts stay as they were.
EVERYDAY DETAILS • Changed days show in italics, with the original shift in the long-press preview. • UK bank holidays marked on the calendar. • Home Screen widgets for your shifts and your days off together. • Optional sync to Apple Calendar, and events from your other calendars. • Light, Dark and extended views, and a choice of app icon.
