FreeRope

FreeRope is a free jump counter for Crossrope AMP smart handles. It connects over Bluetooth and counts every jump live, with no ads and no subscription, and no account needed.

LIVE COUNT
• Your jump count, pace and calories update with every jump
• Voice cues every ring, so you can keep your eyes up
• Works with any rope you clip on: ¼ lb, ½ lb, 1 lb or 2 lb

WORKOUTS
• Free jump with no timer or target
• Timed workouts from 1 minute up, or set your own time
• Jump targets from 100 up to 5,000, or set your own number
• Tabata and other intervals

AFTER EVERY SESSION
• Pace chart with rests shaded out, so breaks don't drag your average down. Drag across it to see your speed at any moment.
• Best streak, misses, peak pace and personal bests
• What your session equals in running, cycling and swimming, and in food

CALORIES YOU CAN TRUST
FreeRope estimates calories from published jump rope studies and the 2024 Compendium of Physical Activities, scaled to your height, weight, age and sex. It also adds the extra arm and shoulder work of heavier ropes, so a 1 lb rope counts for more than a ¼ lb one.

YOUR HISTORY
• Activity rings for jumps, minutes and calories
• Week, month and year views with totals and streaks

GLOBAL LEADERBOARD (OPTIONAL)
• Sign in with Apple, Google or an email code
• One leaderboard for everyone: today, this week and all time
• Jumps, best minute and longest streak

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your workouts and profile stay on your iPhone. If you join the leaderboard, only your username and a summary of each workout are shared. Delete your account any time in Profile.
