Frend ADHD

Frend is a fun, interactive and highly visual interface for keeping track of your tasks, with a built-in daily reminder system to help you stay on-track with ease.

Specifically designed for the ADHD community, Frend will be releasing new features over time to tackle different struggles of the community. Our suite of software will be pivotal in helping to provide much needed relief to the millions of people worldwide enduring the struggles of the condition. We look at the problems we are trying to solve as being a team effort and encourage you to join us in our mission to boost education and support around ADHD and more broadly, neurodivergence.

Frend’s task management app is the first step on this journey, and we are pumped for you to try it for yourself! By being highly customisable, Frend ensures users can maintain a sense of novelty at all times while using the app – reducing any chance of boredom along the way.

Key elements which make Frend unique from other task management apps:
- A flexible drag & drop interface to display your tasks in a fun and interactive way
- Ability to easily sort tasks to determine which to prioritise
- Breaks tasks into sub-tasks to highlight what to specifically focus on
- Saves your favourite filter combinations to visualise your tasks in different ways at the click of a finger (using our famous smiley button)
- A customisable interface to design your favourite app appearance, which can be changed over time to suit your style
- A built-in reminder system to help users keep track of what to work on and when, helping you to build a routine along with good habits

At Frend, we understand just how challenging ADHD can make every facet of life, and we are determined to do everything we can to make life easier. ADHD is a complex condition and is incredibly diverse – so no two people will have exactly the same struggles. As such, we have strived to make our app incredibly flexible to cater to the community as a whole.

To achieve our goal of making Frend suitable to as many ADHD’ers as possible, we need your feedback so we can continually tweak the app in a way that is useful to you. Just to make this point extra clear:

So please see our app as a work in-progress which you have the ability to shape directly :)

Frend is only just getting started, so stay tuned as new and exciting features are released in the coming months. We have big plans, with the intention of also educating the broader neurotypical community on our struggles and ways to better accommodate neurodivergence in the workplace and society.

Details of the app:
- Frend app will be free for the foreseeable future, but at some stage we will most likely need to begin charging a small fee to pay for the app’s new features and maintenance
- We are first and foremost an app for the ADHD community, however this does not mean we are exclusively for ADHD’ers. Instead, we welcome the broader neurodivergent community as well as anyone who finds Frend app useful
