Most trackers aren't built for an attack that's happening right now, with hands that are numb and painful. Frost is. Log an episode in about 20 seconds, get a warning before the cold hits, and walk into your next appointment with a clear picture of what's really going on.

COLD-WEATHER ALERTS (ALWAYS FREE)
Frost watches the forecast and warns you before the temperature, and the "feels like" wind chill, drops below your personal trigger. Grab your gloves before you head out, not after the attack starts. This safety feature is free forever.
LOG AN ATTACK IN SECONDS
Big, simple taps designed for cold fingers: severity, which fingers or toes, the white, blue and red colour phases, symptoms, triggers, and how long it took to rewarm. The local weather is recorded automatically.
FIND YOUR REAL TRIGGERS
After a couple of weeks, Frost shows the patterns behind your attacks: how cold weather and wind chill line up with episodes, your most common non-weather triggers, the time of day attacks cluster, and what protection actually helps.
A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR WILL THANK YOU FOR
Export a clean PDF for your rheumatologist or GP, with summary stats, your episode timeline, trigger analysis, and a set of personalised questions generated from your own data.
LEARN, WITHOUT THE JARGON
Plain English articles on understanding Raynaud's, managing an attack, triggers, treatment options, and living well, each citing reputable sources.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud account. No login. No analytics. No third-party data sharing. It works offline.
PREMIUM
A free 1 month trial, then $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year unlocks full insights and correlations, unlimited calendar history, the complete lifestyle tips engine, all education, the 48 hour forecast, and PDF export. Cold-weather alerts and urgent "see your doctor" prompts are always free.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Important: Frost is for personal episode tracking only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or a diagnosis. Cold-weather alerts are based on your own settings, so always use your own judgment before going outside, and consult your rheumatologist or GP for any medical decisions.
