Fuel Wise

FuelWise helps professional drivers manage fuel delivery orders from start to finish — now with a completely redesigned experience built for speed, clarity, and reliability on the road.
A guided workflow for every order FuelWise walks drivers through each delivery step by step, from confirming pickup at the terminal to completing delivery at the customer site. Multi-stop, multi-product loads are broken into clear, ordered steps so drivers always know what's next — no guessing, no flipping between screens.
Live route and location awareness FuelWise uses GPS to recognize when a driver arrives at or departs a terminal or delivery site, helping keep order status accurate automatically as the driver moves through their route. A live status view shows exactly what the app is tracking at any moment, so drivers always have visibility into their current stop.
Digital paperwork, done in seconds Capture signatures, photograph paperwork and tickets, and submit delivery documentation directly from the app — no paper trail, no separate scanning step, no trip back to the office. Load and delivery details are pulled in automatically so drivers spend less time typing and more time driving.

. Truck and trailer assignment — assign trucks, trailers, and compartments to a load with a guided picker

. Schedule overrides — request and manage schedule changes without a phone call
. Driver scorecard — track efficiency rating and performance trends over time

Built for reliability on the road This release is built on the latest React Native architecture for improved performance, stability, and startup speed. Screens load faster, transitions are smoother, and the app is more resilient to spotty connectivity — with offline awareness that lets drivers keep working and catch up automatically once back online.
A clearer, more modern design Every screen has been redesigned with a consistent, easy-to-scan layout, larger touch targets for use in the cab, and accessibility improvements including support for larger system text sizes. Navigation is simplified into a straightforward tab layout — Home, Orders, Active Order, and Notifications — so drivers can get to what they need in one tap.
FuelWise is part of the Pilot Flying J driver toolset, built to make fuel delivery paperwork and workflow simpler for the drivers who keep the country's fuel moving.
