-To create new records at a location just tap ‘New’. All location and owner contact or asset information is automatically inserted.
-iPhone photos automatically and instantly insert directly into the inspection record, with photo sizing handled automatically no matter whether snapped as landscape or portrait.
-For Violations, Category selection automatically loads site-specific Violation Description, Corrective Action Required, Rule reference and text, Fine amount, site-specific applicable notification sequence and schedule. You can edit that record’s default Description or augment it with 1-tap QwikText entry without affecting the preset default.
-For Architectural Applications, Category selection automatically loads site-specific Rule reference and text, Deposit and/or Fee Amount, and application processing sequence.
-For Work Orders/Projects, Category selection automatically filters Vendor selection to those pre-approved to do the particular type of work required at that specific site.
