What you get with FunTastyQ Fit:

• A personal meal plan that follows your preferences
We calculate your daily energy needs and build a meal plan around your preferences and exclusions. Lose weight while eating food you actually like. Pick recipes in the app or add your own favorites – either way, we help you eat a balanced diet!

• A simple food diary
Log the food you eat, the water you drink and your weight in a few taps. The day summary shows calories, protein, carbs and fat, and the day score gives you quick feedback. You can add meals even without internet – changes sync when you are back online.

• A wide choice of foods and recipes
Find plenty of tasty recipes with a cooking mode and a large range of store products that are easy to log. Create your own recipes and foods too.

• Handy barcode scanner
Scan the barcode of a packaged food and log what you ate in your food diary in seconds.

• AI food photo estimate
Take a photo of your plate and AI suggests the foods and amounts, which you can check and edit before saving. The photo is analyzed by Anthropic's AI service; FunTastyQ Fit does not store it. The result is an estimate, not a precise measurement, and the number of AI estimates is limited.

• Food amounts that follow your activity
Connect the app to Apple Health and your workouts, steps and weight flow into FunTastyQ Fit automatically. The app takes the calories you burn into account and adjusts your daily amounts.

• Workouts
Log workouts by hand, train with FitQ home workout videos led by a trainer, or let SparQ create a bodyweight workout for home that fits the time you have.

• Shopping list
Build your shopping list straight from your meals.

• Statistics
Follow your calories, weight, steps and water by week, month and year.

• Blog
Read articles on nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, and test your knowledge with quizzes.
