AGE GROUP SPECIFIC EXERCISES

We offer a wide variety of exercises defined by professional physical trainers, which were planned and organized specifically by age groups. All exercises have a written description, number of repetitions, duration, and materials needed and are shown the proper execution in video format.

EASY-TO-FOLLOW STRUCTURE

Our structure takes you step-by-step through the 4 to 5 necessary sections of an age-appropriate practice. From creating your practice to saving it in our in-app calendar, you only have to follow a short series of steps. Simply choose the age group you want to work on, choose the focus of the practice (strength, endurance, speed or coordination), name your practice, choose the date and time and you're done. Now you will go section by section, where you will have a list of all the exercises you can choose for your practice. When you have finished selecting all the exercises for your practice you will see a detailed summary of your session and you will be able to download all the necessary information for its implementation in a PDF document, being able to enjoy FutXtrm without the need of an internet connection. Or simply stay online on the app and go through each exercise as you go.
