Gallus: Alarm & Punchlines

Five more minutes… then thirty… and now you're already late.

Tired of hitting snooze? Of bargaining with yourself every morning? Of falling back asleep and watching your morning slip away?

Gallus is the app you need.

Gallus is an alarm clock you can't snooze. There's only one way to stop the alarm: say your commitment phrase out loud. No snooze button, no bargaining. You speak, you decide, you get up — on the first alarm.

It's not a discipline problem. When the alarm goes off, your brain is still half asleep — that's sleep inertia. Snoozing only adds to the fatigue and stretches out the fog, sometimes for up to 4 hours. Speaking a commitment out loud forces your brain to switch on, right away.

THE GALLUS PHILOSOPHY

I don't make you wake up. I make you decide to wake up.

HOW IT WORKS

Set your alarm. Choose your commitment phrase. When the alarm rings: say it. Once the full phrase is done, the alarm stops — and you start your day with a win, proud of yourself instead of guilty.

WHY GALLUS

— An alarm you can't snooze: only your voice stops it
— Try to dodge it? Close the app? It rings back every 20 seconds
— Phrases that make you decide, not just tap a button
— The words of your phrase light up in real time as you speak them
— Speech recognition runs 100% on your device — nothing is recorded
— A library of phrases (motivation, discipline, identity) — or write your own
— Assign a different phrase to each day of the week
— 27 alarm sounds, from the gentlest to the most energetic
— Your motivation photo and your quote shown on the wake-up screen
— One-time or recurring alarms, with day selection
— Keyboard backup if you can't speak out loud

— You want a solid morning routine that actually lasts
— You want to take back control of your mornings

YOUR RITUAL

— A commitment spoken out loud every morning
— You keep your word, and you start the day proud of yourself
