GCC Manager

GCC Manager is the owner's app for garages that run on Garage Command Centre.

It puts the four things you walk back to the desk for on your phone: today's diary, the customer inbox, the quotes that need you, and the day's takings. Everything comes from your own Garage Command Centre account, with the same numbers as the dashboard.

TODAY
• Cars booked in, who is on site and who is still to arrive
• MOT results, photos and notes as the workshop logs them
• Tap a car to call or message the customer

MESSAGES
• Texts and WhatsApp in one inbox
• Unread first, then everyone still waiting on a reply, with how long they have waited
• Reply from the garage's own number. WhatsApp when it is free to, a text when it is not, and you confirm every message before it goes

QUOTES
• Awaiting, Accepted and Owed: the three piles that need you
• Totals match the dashboard to the penny, VAT and MOT fee included
• Call, message or copy the customer's link from the quote

TAKINGS
• Pay-link payments for today, the last seven days and the month, with a fortnight at a glance

NOTIFICATIONS THAT RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS
New messages, online bookings, payments and quote answers. Alerts never show a customer's name or an amount on the lock screen.

YOUR OWN LOGIN
Each member of staff signs in with their own Garage Command Centre login, so they see only what their account allows and everything they send is attributable to them. The app holds no shared password.
