SET UP IN MINUTES:
Download the app, create your Gen E account, and complete two quick steps to activate your purchase-driven micro-philanthropy:
Add a Funding Source - Add a credit or debit card to pay for your philanthropy. We’ll charge this card once a month with your total micro-philanthropy. We partner with Stripe to securely process these donation payments.
Link a Purchase Tracker - Choose the account you use for everyday purchases. Linking this account pulls in your purchases so we can do the math and calculate your micro-philanthropy per purchase. For this, we partner with Plaid, the leader in linking financial institutions to apps.

MICRO-PHILANTHROPY 101:
Every purchase you make on your linked Purchase Tracker will automatically trigger a micro-philanthropy pledge. You’ll see the purchase and associated pledge in your Transactions feed. Once a month, we charge your Funding Source with the total sum of your monthly micro-philanthropy pledges. Your donations are fully tax-deductible, and we keep track of your donation receipts. All this happens automatically so you can go on being you.
