O aplicativo general gerenciamento é uma solução voltada para condomínios que buscam otimizar a segurança, comunicação e processos internos.

A ferramenta é integrada com o sistema de controle de acesso do condomínio.

Você consegue receber diversos alertas e mensagens:

- Um novo visitante foi registrado para acessar sua unidade.

- Entrada utilizando Leitor de qrcode ou chave virtual.

- Chegou uma encomenda para você (serviço opcional).

- Visualização das imagens em tempo real das entradas principais.

- Mensagens do síndico, zelador, porteiro ou portaria remota.

Também é possível realizar consultas e cadastros.

- Consulta de entrada e saída. Ex: Saiba que horas seu filho chegou da escola.

- Autorizar visitantes e ou enviar qrcode de liberação.

- Abertura de ocorrências (Sugestão, Reclamação, etc)

- Reservas de áreas comuns (Churrasqueira, Salão de festa, etc)
