Generous: AI wellbeing coach

Generous is your wellbeing team, in your pocket: a mentor and AI coaches, there for you day and night, to help you find balance, clarity and energy.

A TEAM THAT KNOWS YOU
Your mentor, Kai, helps you see clearly and brings in the right coach at the right time: Maya for your body (sleep, movement, food, recovery), Theo for your mind (stress, emotions, confidence), Nina for your relationships. Each one keeps the thread of your conversations and fits their advice to your life.

AS EASY AS TEXTING A FRIEND
One thread per coach, nothing to learn: you write, they answer. No time to type? Send a voice note.

ADVICE BUILT ON YOUR REAL DATA
Connect your Terraillon scale through MyHealth: sleep, steps, weight. Maya tracks your progress with you and adjusts what she suggests.

DISCOVER WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE
A 25-card personality test and your full portrait, to understand what drives you and what holds you back.

Generous was designed with a scientific committee of over 20 international experts in psychology, neuroscience, learning, health, sleep and nutrition. Together they identified 18 essential life pillars: sleep, energy, emotions, self-confidence, motivation, relationships, stress management, and more.
