About: Hi I'm George. I'm known as a Performance and Mindfulness Expert or "Whisperer". I've developed the courses here to help you level up and find more confidence, resilience, and flow, while you begin the process of Unlocking your masterpiece within.
I'm known for my work with NBA legends like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, along with countless other NBA and NHL players, Olympians, business executives, coaches, educators, artists, and students of all ages.
The courses here are based on my 40 years of work and teachings, which combine concepts and principles based in mindfulness, positive psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, the recovery movement, and wisdom traditions from around the world.
My Courses Include:
• Daily lessons and content including short videos that explain the concepts and practices in easy to understand terms.
• Access to Zoom calls that I periodically host, available to all currently subscribed students.
