Schülerinnen und Schüler sehen ihren Stundenplan, die Vertretungen, die Schul- und Kursarbeitstermine, ihre Fehlzeiten und die Liste der Lehrkräfte. Sie chatten mit Klasse und Lehrkräften, lesen die Mitteilungen der Schule und haben ihren Schülerausweis digital dabei.
Eltern erhalten Elternbriefe digital und bestätigen sie direkt in der App, sehen Stundenplan und Vertretungen ihres Kindes, behalten die Fehlzeiten im Blick und kennen alle Termine der Schule.
Lehrkräfte führen Klassen- und Kursbuch, erfassen Fehlzeiten, chatten mit Klassen, Kursen und Kollegium, verschicken Mitteilungen und Elternbriefe und sehen ihre Vertretungen.
Bei Vertretungen, Stundenplanänderungen, neuen Chatnachrichten und Elternbriefen kommt eine Push-Benachrichtigung. Jede Art lässt sich in den Einstellungen einzeln abschalten.
Mehrere Konten, etwa für Geschwisterkinder, lassen sich in einer App nutzen. Dateien und Fotos können direkt aus anderen Apps ins Portal geteilt werden, und es gibt ein helles und ein dunkles Design.
Die Anmeldung erfolgt mit den Zugangsdaten des Schulportals. Die App ist nur für Schülerinnen und Schüler, Eltern und Lehrkräfte des Gutenberg-Gymnasiums Mainz nutzbar.
