Description by Ryan Compton Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
Ghoul Fluids is an interactive camera effect that turns people into swirling, spectral energy. Using Jos Stam's stable fluid simulation and image segmentation, the app detects your movement in real-time and pushes digital "dye" around the screen, creating a mesmerizing, ghostly trail that follows you.
Perfect for:
Halloween Displays: Connect your iPad to a TV or projector to create a haunted mirror that reacts to Trick-or-Treaters (they won't care though).
Parties: Set it up in a corner and watch guests play with their digital silhouettes.
Visual Art: Create trippy, responsive visuals just by waving your hands.
Features:
Real-Time Simulation: Smooth, shader implemented fluid dynamics that react instantly to your motion.
Camera-Screen Mode: See the real world with the simulation to tune your setup perfectly.
Privacy First: Everything runs locally on your device. No video is ever recorded or sent to the cloud.
