Glideboard

Glideboard: The Ultimate Sliding Bench (Glideboard) Workout Tracker.
Ditch the notebooks and stop guessing your progress. Glideboard App is the first workout tracker designed specifically for Glideboard and Sliding Bench trainers.
Built by a 20-year sliding bench veteran, Glideboard solves the unique challenge of tracking incline-based gym workouts. It acts like a digital personal trainer, keeping you focused, motivated, and moving forward.
How It Works:
Drop & Go Tracking: Pick your exercise, set your incline level, tap "Start Next Set," and place your phone right on the bench. The app handles the rest.
Accurate Rep Counting: Did you have to stop short? No problem, Glideboard tracks your reps and lets you easily confirm or adjust the final count when you tap "End Set."
Hands-Free Voice Counting: For exercises where your body covers the entire bench, simply switch to Voice Counting and call out your reps as you crush them.
Stay Motivated & See Your Progress:
Complete Workout History: Review your Workout Summary at the end of every session. All workouts are saved to an interactive calendar so you can track your consistency over weeks, months, and years.
Earn Virtual Rewards: Stay committed and build consistency. Earn digital trophies and custom badges for hitting personal bests and maintaining your workout streaks.
Built-In Coaching: Short on time? Launch the Beginner-Intermediate Coaches Routine for a complete, guided upper-body workout in just 20 minutes. (More custom routines from our coaches are dropping soon!)
Designed by a lifetime user, Glideboard is stocked with every feature we always wished we had to stay focused, driven, and accountable. Download today and level up your sliding bench workouts!

Glideboard offers a single subscription that unlocks full access to all features. While users may explore the app, an active subscription is required to use its functionality.
