Glow Back Challenge

You used to have a morning routine. You used to take care of yourself. You used to look in the mirror and feel good. Life changed that, and it's time to feel like yourself again.

Glow Back Challenge is a self-care challenge for anyone who wants to feel like themselves again. We know you don't have 2 hours for an elaborate routine. This is a daily glow routine that fits into the 15 minutes you can actually find.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell us about your goals, your life stage, and what you're working toward. We'll recommend a challenge routine - like 6 Week Glow Up, 75 Soft, Bridal Glow, or 6 Week Strong - with daily actions already picked for you. Swap anything you want, add your own, and lock it in.

Check off your actions each day. Watch the wall fill up.

CHALLENGE ROUTINES

- 6 Week Glow Up — the signature all-around glow routine
- 6 Week Glow Back — a slower, gentler restart
- 75 Hard — the original discipline challenge
- 75 Soft — a more flexible take on 75 Hard
- 6 Week Bridal Glow — countdown to your big day
- 6 Week Strong — fitness-focused with intention
- 6 Week Creative — for when the spark needs reigniting
- 6 Week Postpartum — designed for the fourth trimester and beyond

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

- 15 minutes a day, because that's what most of us actually have
- A recommended routine with actions already selected for you
- Swap, remove, or add your own custom actions anytime
- Track your progress with daily check-ins and photos
- See your transformation unfold week by week

DAILY MOTIVATION THAT ACTUALLY HITS

Every day, you get a fresh set of motivation cards written just for you — based on your goals, your why, and the life you're actually living. Save the ones that resonate. Swipe away the ones that don't. Create your own. Tap "motivate me" when you need a boost, and we'll generate a new one on the spot.

WHY IT WORKS

Long enough to build real habits. Short enough that it doesn't feel impossible. Most people start noticing a shift around day 20 — the moment you catch yourself in the mirror and think "oh, that's what I missed."

YOUR GLOW ROUTINE, YOUR RULES

Every routine is different because every person is different. Someone coming out of a hard season has different needs than someone who just wants 15 minutes that aren't about work, errands, or everyone else. Glow Back Challenge adapts to you.

Pick what feels doable, not aspirational. Lock it in. Show up.
