GlucoNote: Glucose Diary

GlucoNote is the simplest glucose diary: log a reading in seconds, see your patterns, and hand your doctor a clean report.

The entry pad is built for real life. A big value pad in mmol/L or mg/dL, the moment the reading belongs to (fasting, before or after a meal, bedtime), and optional insulin units, carb grams, or a short note. Done in seconds, with one hand.

WHAT YOU GET
- Quick entry: a large value pad, a one-tap unit switch between mmol/L and mg/dL, and meal context
- Before/after meal pairing: an after-meal reading links to its before-meal reading of the same meal automatically and shows the rise, like Lunch +3.1 mmol/L (Pro view)
- Personal target ranges: set your own fasting and after-meal ranges, in either unit
- Time in range: the percentage of readings inside your own ranges over 7, 30, or 90 days, with a clean bar and a per-context breakdown
- Trend chart: your daily average over the same 7, 30, or 90 days, drawn against your own target lines
- Estimated A1C: an informational estimate from your logged average using the ADA average-glucose formula, always shown as an estimate and never a lab result (Pro)
- Patterns: your averages by time of day, plus your logging streak and your lowest and highest readings (Pro)
- Search and filter: find any reading in your whole diary by note or context
- Insulin and carb notes: logged exactly as written, next to each reading
- Doctor report: a clean PDF with period stats, averages by context, and the day-by-day log with notes, plus a CSV that mirrors it (Pro)
- Backup and restore: save a JSON copy of your whole diary and move it to a new phone
- A gentle daily logging reminder, if you want one

A DIARY, ON PURPOSE
GlucoNote records what you enter and compares it only with the target ranges you set yourself. It never scores, interprets, or suggests doses. The estimated A1C is an estimate from your own readings, not a lab test, and can differ from a blood A1C. Set your targets with your care team, and bring the report to your next appointment.

GlucoNote Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
