Glyph Ascent is a rogue-like auto-battler where strategy meets spectacle. Build a powerful rune board, pick your runesmith, and ascend a tower of escalating challenges - all without tapping a single attack button.

CRAFT YOUR RUNE BOARD
Place runes on a 3x3 grid to shape your combat stats. Every rune brings damage, healing, attack speed, shields, or powerful multipliers. Position matters - adjacent runes of complementary elements trigger synergies that amplify your entire board.

UNIQUE RUNES, 5 ELEMENTS
Collect runes across Fire, Ice, Shadow, Physical, and Support elements. From the common Slash to the legendary Void Eruption, each rune plays a distinct role. Upgrade your favorites up to level 3 and watch their stats grow with tag-based bonuses.

BOARD SYNERGIES
Discover powerful synergy combinations through smart placement. Pair Fire and Ice runes for Meltdown, stack three Shadow runes for Shadow Convergence, or build a defensive wall with the Bulwark synergy. Experimenting with placement is key to climbing higher.

4 RUNESMITHS, 4 PLAYSTYLES
Choose your runesmith before each run:

- Nyx, The Voidweaver

Each runesmith starts with different runes and HP, encouraging distinct strategies.

WATCH COMBAT UNFOLD
Combat plays out in real time with projectile animations, screen shake, critical hits, dodges, and elemental effects. Speed it up to 2x or 4x, or pause to plan your next move. Your rune board does the fighting - your job is to build it right.

CLIMB THE TOWER
Ascend 10 floors per tier across 3 tiers - 30 floors total per run. Each floor brings tougher enemies: slimes, archers, golems, mystic healers, assassins with ambush strikes, and four unique bosses with distinct ability sets. The Tower Guardian, Void Lord, Frost Queen, and Infernal each demand a different approach.

PERMANENT PROGRESSION
Earn essence from every run to purchase permanent boons: Vitality, Power, Swiftness, Resilience, and Recovery. Each boon makes future runs a little easier, but the tower always has more to throw at you.

iCLOUD SYNC
Your progress syncs seamlessly across all your devices via iCloud. Pick up right where you left off on iPhone, iPad, or Mac - your essence, boons, and run history travel with you.

AFTER EVERY FIGHT
Pick from new runes or upgrade existing ones. When your board is full, sacrifice a rune to make room for something better. The right choices define whether you reach the top.
