Gokova Wind

This App presents wind values from May/June till Oktober/November from the Kitespot Gökova

Besides the live Wind and temperature datas, you can also see a webcam picture of the Kitebeach and you can see the daily statistics of the windspeed, temperature, average wind speed and wind direction in the form of a line chart.


On the live data view you can see all the live datas from wind speed, direction, temperature, max. and min. values of daily wind speed and temperature, rain, humidity and airpressure.
You can update the values by tapping Update button. The datas are minutely updated.

You can hide and show the values by tapping the camera on the right corner .

In this version we put a new feature to GokovaWind and it is : SOS .

SOS function is typically sends your location as SMS Text Message to the number which you should give in the settings tab. You can also put a custom text in advance.
In the last years we observe that some kite surfers are taking their smartphones to the kite sessions.

You can also view the max daily values for the windspeed and temperature and the average windspeed of the last 10 measurements are shown. It is the average windspeed of last 10 minutes.

Webcam is planned to take pictures between 09:00 and 20:00 o'clock. This can change due to the technical conditions and events which are occurring at the Beach. GokovaWind has always right to stop webcam when it is needed. If you use this app you accept these terms automatically.

In Charts you will see daily datas of live wind speed , average speed , temperature and wind direction. It can give you a tendencyof the wind conditions for the next hours .
