Referencias como nevus o criptas de iris, venas del acuoso, etc. pueden determinar con mucha exactitud los meridianos adecuados para incisiones, marcado de lentes tóricas, etc. Permite asimismo cotejar posiciones de lentes, estabilidad de las mismas, ejes incisionales, etc.
La versión Pro permite marcar un ángulo para su referencia futura, y marcar sectores de manera muy sencilla.
