Easily break bad habits and create better daily routines. The GoodMe app is designed to help you quickly and easily change yourself for the better. You want to be healthier, more active, better with money, or simply to be a better partner, parent or friend - the GoodMe app helps you keep track of progress for each challenge you create, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Set custom daily challenges. Each challenge has a calendar view where you can quickly see your 'good' periods versus the ‘bad’ ones. See patterns of behaviour, see multi-day streaks, and see your 'cheat days'.

But it's not just about changing behaviours. You can even use the app to track simple activities to view on a calendar ... such as when you did the laundry, when you washed the car, which days you were on dishes, and so on.
