GOUTTE - Your Coffee Journal

A perfectly brewed cup deserves better than a memory that fades by tomorrow.

Yesterday it was perfect. So why doesn't it taste the same today?
That note you scribbled on the back of the bean bag is nowhere to be found, and you can't quite remember how many clicks you set on the Comandante… I've been there too.

So I built this. Not some grand service — more like the most elegant brew journal for coffee nerds like us.

It's called goutte — French for "drop." I wanted to hold on to every last drop, right down to the final one from a Hario Switch.

■ What goutte does
• Record your brew in real time — a circular timer ring shows your progress and even previews your next pour.
• Snap a paper recipe card and the steps fill themselves in. (Just set the grind size yourself!)
• From pour-over to AeroPress (upright & inverted) and iced — however you brew, it's captured.
• Fork a recipe you love, and the grind size is auto-converted to your grinder's clicks.
• Explore World Brewers Cup champions' recipes in the Discover tab, filtered by competition year.
• Watch which beans you drink most come into focus as your logs add up.

■ Just enough, nothing more
No complicated setup. A few taps while you brew — that's it.
