How do we do that?

The app offers a unique icebreaker feature, which allows you to introduce yourself and/or your company in an original and informal way. This way you know who you want to connect with! We have a special feature that allows you to take notes on your connections. And the app ensures that you have all the data of your contacts constantly at hand, including their bio and the right links to their socials, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Any changes to your or your connections' contact details (such as new job, mail or telephone number) will be adjusted immediately. You are always in control
The essence of Great to Meet - the digital business card - is that you share your (business) contact details with each other. Important to know; you are in control. As long as you haven't made a connection with someone, your contact information won't be visible in the preview. In the app, people only see your name, the company, your position, photo, icebreaker and bio. Once a connection request is accepted, people can see your contact information and even then you decide what you want to share. Your contact details, privacy, settings and data are optimally protected. The app is also 100% GDPR-proof. Uploading your address book is therefore safe, this data is not stored on our servers. Your location is never visible to the other users or to us. Only the time at which you are (or have been) near each other is recorded if your visibility is switched on. The app also contains functions that allow you to easily turn your own visibility on and off for a few or everyone. We are completely complementary to what you already have, such as LinkedIn. We do not waste a lot of your time (or battery) but help you save time by being able to (net)work more efficiently.
