GridSmash is a block puzzle game about patience, planning, and the deeply satisfying moment when everything clicks into place.

Place pieces on an 8x8 grid, fill rows and columns to clear space, and build huge combo chains to push your score higher and higher. There’s no timer, so every move is yours to
think through. Easy to pick up, hard to master, and endlessly satisfying when the perfect placement opens up the board.

In Classic mode, you drag pieces from the tray onto the grid and make every move count. When all three pieces are used, a new set appears. The game ends when none of the
remaining pieces can fit, so success depends on smart planning, careful spacing, and knowing when to play safe or chase a massive combo.

Scoring is all about momentum. Clear multiple lines at once for bigger bonuses, then keep the streak alive with consecutive clears to build powerful combo multipliers. As your
score rises, you’ll also earn rotation tokens that let you rotate a piece at exactly the right moment. One good turn can save a run, rescue a crowded board, or unlock a huge
scoring play.

GridSmash also features a cast of wildly different characters you can choose from, each with their own personality, voice lines, visual style, and difficulty. Some are calm and
focused, others loud, theatrical, chaotic, or completely unhinged. Your character doesn’t just change the look and feel of the game, but also the challenge itself. Easier
characters give you more forgiving piece sets, while harder characters demand tighter play and reward bigger scoring potential. Whether you want a friendly companion, a smug
showman, a dramatic chef, or a mad scientist cheering on your biggest clears, there’s a persona to match your style.

For players who want a more structured challenge, Adventure Mode includes 15 hand-crafted levels with unique objectives, star ratings, and special board obstacles. Clear lines,
hit score targets, survive long enough to win, or wipe the board clean while adapting to levels that change how you think about every move.
