It helps VIKOBA groups to collect, prepare and share data relating to contributions, loans, meetings, fines and expenses thus enhancing transparency, efficiency and effectiveness among VIKOBA group members.

- Group Information: Total savings, total loan amount, total fines, total expenses, dividend
allocations.
- Loan Management: Manage members’ loans – loan queue, loan assignments, and loan
repayment schedules.
- Member Contributions: Manage members’ contributions - monthly contributions, HISA, JAMII
and the like.
- Group Meetings: Manage group meetings – scheduling, attendance, progress, and minutes.
- Profile Data: Manage an individual member’s profile.
