Actions, expressions, and everyday situations make unfamiliar meanings easier to picture. When a word has several meanings, explore each one with a matching illustration.

■ Start with one word
Check the illustration, word, meaning, and pronunciation, then swipe to the next item as naturally as you scroll through short videos. Spend a spare minute learning or take a closer look at a word that interests you. Go at your own pace.

■ Practice remembering
On the free stage map, answer questions by choosing meanings or illustrations. Find out which words you understand and which deserve another look. Use A, B, and C self-ratings and collections to organize what you want to review.

■ Follow a plan with Course Master

Course Master supports your daily learning and review around a goal. Course Master is a separate one-time purchase for each course. Set your goal, follow today's learning, practice, check your understanding, and review.

CourseBook lets you browse the course's content, while dedicated training helps you practice recalling it. Move between checking a word and putting your understanding to the test.

CORE2000 covers 2,000 English words for Japanese university entrance exams, with a focus on Japan's Common Test. Vocabulary learning is available for free; Course Master adds course-based planning and dedicated features. Use it to work toward a vocabulary goal or revisit words you studied for those exams.

The Japanese-language CORE2000 course is offered in Japan's App Store. Course Master requires a separate purchase for the relevant course.

Sign in to a free Growly ID to save supported goals, records, and collections to the cloud and sync them across devices using the same ID. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Connect up to two devices.

■ Make learning more comfortable
Growly Premium offers an ad-free experience, offline learning for supported content, and background playback. Check the app for supported downloads and playback.

Premium is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, separate from Course Master one-time purchases. Course Master course purchases are not included.
