GRUWeb HR permette al personale aziendale di timbrare la propria presenza sul luogo di lavoro interfacciandosi nativamente con il software GRUWeb.
Con un device Apple dotato di NFC o una fotocamera per leggere il Barcode/QR Code,
l'applicazione memorizza le timbrature all'interno del dispositivo ed in presenza di linea disponibile (Wifi o SIM), traferisce le timbrature direttamente al server che ospita il software GRUWeb.
L'amministratore è quindi in grado di visualizzare in tempo reale le timbrature dei dipendenti.
I dipendenti potranno utilizzare questa applicazione in maniera intuitiva selezionando Entrata/Uscita, Causale ed avvicinando il proprio tag NFC allo smartphone o scannerizzando il proprio Barcode/QR Code effettueranno la timbratura.
GRUWeb HR potrebbe risultare molto utile per quelle aziende che hanno dipendenti che non lavorano prevalentemente in sede (ad es. cantieri, agenti di commercio, rappresentanti, assistenza tecnica, manutenzione impianti ecc.).
