Designed for speed, accuracy, and ease of use, the app allows users to complete the entire tax-free registration process quickly and efficiently. Real-time feedback helps detect input errors and missing information, reducing registration mistakes and improving operational efficiency.

The app is fully compatible with Japan’s new tax refund system scheduled to take effect on November 1, 2026. Automatic updates ensure a seamless transition to the new system without additional setup or maintenance.

[How to Use]

The Global Tax Free App makes tax-free registration simple and efficient in just two easy steps.

■ STEP 1: Register Purchaser Information

Simply scan the purchaser’s passport using your smartphone camera. The app automatically extracts and enters the required information, reducing manual input and improving accuracy.

■ STEP 2: Register Purchase Information

The intuitive and user-friendly interface allows quick and easy registration of purchased items. Integration with compatible POS systems further improves accuracy and speeds up the registration process.
