Press play and a calm voice asks one good question at a time, with room to write your answer in your own journal, notebook or notes app. Journalcast is a journaling companion: it guides you, and your words stay with you. Pick what's on your mind, start a 5–10 minute session, and get past the blank page without having to come up with your own prompts.
SESSIONS FOR WHAT YOU'RE CARRYING
• Anxiety & stress
• Difficult decisions
• Gratitude
• Goals & focus
• Relationships
• Self-reflection
• Daily check-ins
• Therapy support
HOW IT WORKS
• Guided audio sessions: one prompt at a time, paced so you have room to write, with optional background music
• Guided series: sessions in a deliberate order, such as Anxiety Support and Finding Focus
• Read along: follow the transcript and tap any line to jump there
• Free Write: no guidance, just a timer and music
• Streaks and gentle reminders to help you keep coming back
• Download sessions to journal offline
