Gym Log: Workout Tracker

Gym Log is a dead-simple way to track whether you actually went to the gym — no reps, no sets, no clutter. Just tap a day, mark what you did, and watch your consistency build over time.

Most fitness apps are overkill. Gym Log answers the one question that actually matters: are you showing up?

HOW IT WORKS
• Tap a day on the calendar to log a gym visit
• Tag it as Upper, Lower, Cardio — or a quick general check-in
• Add an optional note
• Done in a couple of taps

SEE YOUR CONSISTENCY
• Monthly calendar view of every gym day at a glance
• Stats: month heatmap, trends over time, your most-trained weekdays, and your upper/lower/cardio balance
• Spot your patterns and stay on track

MADE TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY
• Clean, fast, and focused — no accounts, no feeds, no ads
• Private iCloud sync keeps your log on all your devices, and restores it if you reinstall
• Pick your own colors for each category
• Export your full history to CSV anytime

PRIVACY FIRST
Gym Log collects nothing. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your data stays on your device and in your own private iCloud account.
