GymKeeper

Pay once, train forever. GymKeeper is the gym + cardio tracker built for lifters who are sick of subscriptions — full Apple Watch app included, no extra fees, ever.

Log every set, track every run, and watch your progress compound over weeks and months.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Build routines with your favourite exercises, log sets with weight and reps, and track personal records automatically. Supersets are supported — link two exercises back to back and GymKeeper handles the flow. A rest timer counts down between sets and surfaces on your Dynamic Island and Lock Screen so you never lose track.

SMART WORKOUT GENERATOR (Pro)

Don't know what to train today? Tap Surprise Me. GymKeeper looks at what you've
actually been doing, finds the muscle groups you've let slide, skips anything you
trained in the last 48 hours, and builds you a session — with the weight and reps for
every exercise already worked out from your own history.

- Surprise Me, or pick your own muscles, or choose a Push or Pull day
- Bodyweight-only mode for hotel rooms, parks and living rooms
- Real progression: it adds load when you've earned it, holds when you haven't, and
backs off when you've stalled
- Swap any exercise before you start
- Every suggestion explains itself in plain English

MUSCLE BALANCE MAP

A full-body diagram, front and back, with every major muscle shaded by how much you've
trained it — measured against what a balanced programme looks like, not just raw
tonnage. See at a glance that your arms are doing three times their share while your
calves haven't been touched since March. Tap any muscle for the numbers.

CARDIO
Track treadmill, bike, rowing, cross-trainer, stair climber, or custom cardio sessions from your wrist. Live heart rate, calories, and distance stream in real time from Apple Health. Enter your distance after each session and it syncs straight to your phone history.

MIXED ROUTINES
Build routines that combine both — warm-up cardio, then your strength block, then a finisher. Everything runs in order inside a single session.

PROGRESS CHARTS

Estimated 1-rep max trend per exercise
Weekly, Monthly and Yearly volume bar chart
Muscle group radar chart
Body weight trend with goal line
Cardio progress by machine — distance, speed/pace, avg heart rate, and calories over time
HEART RATE ZONES
Five colour-coded HR zones tracked live during every cardio session. A stacked zone chart in your history shows exactly where you spent your effort. Zone thresholds use your age or a custom max HR you set in your profile.

HISTORY
A heatmap calendar shows your training frequency at a glance. Filter by weights, cardio, or personal records. Search by exercise or routine name. Tap any session for a full breakdown including sets, PRs, cardio stats, and HR zone distribution.

ACHIEVEMENTS
40 milestones to chase — from your first session to 100 workouts, first PR, longest streak, and more. Shareable achievement cards let you post your wins.
