Your habits live on your device and in your own iCloud, so a new phone starts where the old one stopped. No account with us, ever, and we cannot read any of it. Only three things reach a server of ours: a habit's name, to propose its setup; an activity's name, for an energy estimate; your weekly totals, if you ask for a weekly review. Never your entries, never your weight. Nothing reaches anybody else unless you send it: share a habit's setup as a link, or let chosen people follow one habit's progress, and stop it again whenever you like. You can switch HabitMeter off in the system settings under iCloud. No tracking, no ads, no analytics.
ENERGY BURNED (PREMIUM)
HabitMeter estimates what a session cost, from the activity, how long it took and your body weight. Optionally it writes that estimate to the Health app as active energy. Your weight stays on this device, never in iCloud and never with us, and is only used for the calculation.
