Halo IQ

HALO IQ Time is the official employee time-tracking app for organizations running their workforce on the HALO
IQ platform.

Clock in and out from your phone — anywhere your job takes you. Real-time shift tracking, break management,
and an offline-first design mean your punches always make it through, even when you're on a job site with
spotty signal.

KEY FEATURES

• Fast clock in / out with one tap
• Track breaks separately from worked time
• Automatic offline queue — punch even without a signal; everything syncs when you reconnect
• Today's shift and the week ahead, always one tap away
• Mid-shift job code switching for accurate cost allocation
• Geofence-aware clock-in for on-site work policies
• Face ID / Touch ID unlock with a PIN fallback for shared-device security
• Weekly time summary so you always know where you stand

WHO IT'S FOR

HALO IQ Time is designed for hourly employees, field workers, and shift-based teams whose employers use the
HALO IQ platform. Your employer will provide your sign-in credentials.

PRIVACY

Your punches are encrypted in transit and stored only on the HALO IQ platform — no third-party trackers, no ad
networks, no selling of your data. Biometric data never leaves your device.
