DEPTH WHEN AVAILABLE
Supported front cameras use TrueDepth, and supported back cameras use LiDAR. When usable depth is unavailable, measurements use a hand-length reference. Adjust that reference using a physical ruler for a more personalized scale.
EXPLORE HAND PROPORTIONS
Size is only part of the picture. Ratio mode compares knuckle width, palm length, and hand span with hand length.
Compare straight wrist-to-fingertip distances with wrist-to-middle-fingertip distance, shown as 1.00. Compact colored bars make proportions easy to understand. Thumb, index, and ring ratios are included without an upgrade.
CUSTOM MEASURE: FEET AND MORE
Place two points to measure a distance. Tap directly on the camera view, or aim the center crosshair and tap Add point.
Adjust endpoints, delete individual lines, and switch between inches, centimeters, and ratios. In ratio mode, the first line becomes your reference.
For feet, measure heel to toe, then add a width measurement. Open the shoe-size calculator to explore estimates and a size chart. Always check the specific brand’s sizing guidance before buying shoes.

• Finger Treadmill: walk your fingers across the screen, track distance and pace, and review your run history.

Results depend on lighting, camera angle, pose, tracking quality, reference accuracy, and device capabilities. Hand span changes with finger spread. Use a physical ruler when precision matters.
Depth and AR features require compatible hardware. Camera activities need visible hand landmarks and do not assess health, strength, mobility, or dexterity. Keep movements comfortable and never force a pose.
