Document a property handover clearly: inspect rooms, record meter readings, count keys, add photos and collect signatures. Handover Pro guides you step by step through the protocol and turns it into a PDF report.

Use it for move-in, move-out, commercial handovers, interim inspections and other handovers. Record parties and their roles, meters with meter number and reading method, keys with number and handover method, and the condition of every checkpoint with a note. Defects get a severity, a classification (already existed, new damage or normal wear and tear), a deadline, an agreement and, if you like, a reminder.

The PDF contains searchable text and breaks pages cleanly. It lists notes, deadlines, agreements and numbered photos with the date taken, and gets a meaningful file name.

The final check shows missing information before you complete a protocol. Editing a completed protocol creates a new version, the original stays unchanged, and you can compare both. Another handover can reuse existing room and meter structures. Folders, archive, trash and statistics help you stay organized.

Save backups as a file, even with many photos, and restore them when needed. The app shows when you last backed up. Everything is recorded locally on your device, without reception and without an account. You decide when to share or save PDF reports and backups using the system sharing tools.
