With their profile acting as a digital resume, the intelligent app will pull upon relevant areas of experience, availability, location, skill set, and more, to create a tailored feed populated with families looking for their specific expertise.

The Happiest Nanny algorithm will populate the feeds of both the family and caregiver users with their best fit matches, allowing either party to swipe left, or swipe right to indicate whether or not they’d like to take next steps! Our secure communication tools protect the privacy of all users, enabling them to interview and video chat right from within the platform. Once we have a match, the Happiest Nanny application is full of features to handle everything from employer agreements, payroll, time management, background checks, tax credits and more!
