Haptic Calm puts your breathing in your hand. Stronger vibration means breathe in, softer means breathe out — no screen to watch, nothing to hear. Just close your eyes.

HOLD TO BEGIN
Rest your thumb on the light and feel it rise and fall. Let go to stop; your thumb can move around freely. As it becomes familiar, the screen dims until your hand is enough.
